PLAN DESIGN BUILD

An important part of what we can offer as a company is the vital initial design work of the required facilities, the buildings themselves and the associated internal and external components of the project. 

All these facets of the job need careful consideration and we can offer this expertise in partnership with Rural Partners Limited and its founder Simon Kenny. Simon is not only a long term friend and colleague he is a qualified agricultural engineer specialising in building design.  Simon has come from a farming background and farms several hundred acres in North Northumberland. His career includes working for a well-known land agent and hands on design and management of several prestigious schemes including Sutton Bridge Wharf in Lincolnshire. Born in Sussex Simon spends a great deal of time working with the Wealden AM team on site with clients helping to ensure the best schemes possible happen. Working with Simon and using his vast experience of detailed design and planning gives every project the attention to detail it deserves. 

After the design work is complete, Rural Partners can liaise with planners if required, submit the application, and supervise its passage through the planning system.  An integrated approach is crucial to any project to ensure that an effective design is delivered on site, and working alongside Rural Partners enables us to achieve this.
